Architectural Committee

Committee Responsibilities

• Insure that the quality of homes and their appearance is up to the highest 
  standards so that real estate values are maintained.  

• Approve plans and construction materials for both new homes and the 
  remodeling of existing homes.  

• Continual audit of owners property to insure that covenants and restrictions 
  are being adhered to and notification if violations are evident.
